Swimmers in the National Squad 13/14+ compete at provincial and national level competition, with each swimmer working undertaking a training regime specific to an agreed development programme.
The Senior Fitness Squad caters for swimmers at 13+ whose primary interest is swimming for fitness whether this is in support of other sports or more generally.
